About the Job
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who thrives on results and is ready to take full ownership of our paid media strategy. You'll lead the charge across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and beyond, while constantly testing new platforms to find scalable ways to drive high-quality leads and member acquisition. This is a hands-on, data-driven role for someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and make things happen.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Research and test new paid channels and tactics to effectively reach and convert target member avatars (consumer profiles).
- Set up, monitor, and optimise campaigns to achieve optimal cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and free cash flow.
- Collaborate with design team to brief and develop high-converting creative assets for advertisements and landing pages
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing across creatives, headlines, ad copy, and calls-to-action to maximise performance
- Develop and test personalised advertising concepts targeting specific customer personas and member segments
- Implement lead scoring systems and track prospects through all funnel stages to improve conversion rates
- Monitor leading performance indicators to identify when ad refreshes are needed and optimise underperforming campaigns
- Analyse customer feedback from welcome calls and annual reviews to inform data-driven marketing strategies
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain RUSH's competitive marketing edge
- Continuously refine and segment Meta audiences for advanced targeting and comprehensive full-funnel marketing approaches
About You
- 3+ years in performance marketing, ideally in a high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of driving qualified leads and optimising paid campaigns.
- Expert in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and familiar with emerging platforms.
- Data-driven, ROI-focused, and confident using analytics tools to drive decisions.
- Hands-on and proactive: you're a doer who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communicator and team player who can collaborate cross-functionally.
- Obsessed with testing, learning, and improving.
