YOUR ROLE: DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

You'll drive results across Meta (70%) and Google Ads (30%), helping our partners smash their sales and growth targets. Your day-to-day includes:

  • Running and optimising campaigns on Meta + Google Ads
  • Using GA4 and other tools to track and report results
  • Chatting with clients about performance and strategy
  • Advising on website optimisation for eComm & lead gen
  • Managing email marketing campaigns (for a few select partners)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2–3 years experience in Meta & Google Ads management
  • Strong with GA4 + analytics tools
  • Solid understanding of paid + organic social
  • Organised, data-driven, and confident making recommendations
  • Email marketing skills (nice to have, not essential)
  • A passion for 4WDing/camping is highly regarded (but not a deal breaker)
  • Above all: 
    a love of marketing and driving results
