We currently have an opportunity for a Trainee Sales leader to join our growing direct sales outfit and take part in our next growth phase and help push it to its limits

Interviews will start in late September with immediate start offered to the right candidate

Reporting to and assisting the State Sales Manager, this role will see you learning to lead and mentor a team of reps and managing their day to day operations including;

  • Top notch attitude, ready to lead by example
  • Mentoring and management of staff throughout the day

  • Ensuring your team exceed KPI'S
  • Be a positive part of the team, with a professional positive outlook

  • Possess a current clean drivers license

  • This is a hands on role and suits someone who has a never say never approach with a desire to always win
