An iconic brand which is well known and highly regarded for high quality, excellent customer satisfaction and after sales service. The home improvement sector has been growing and we are looking to grow with it.

We currently have two opportunities for **Sales Team Leaders | 2IC's** to join our growing direct sales outfit and take part in our next growth phase and help push it to its limits

Reporting to and assisting your Department Manager, this role will see you commencing leading and mentoring a team of field based reps and managing their day to day operations including;
- Daily training and morning motivational meetings
- Mentoring and management of staff throughout the day
- Quality control and strict compliance with company processes
- Liaise with other department Managers
- Ensuring your team exceed KPI'S
- Be a positive part of the team, with a professional positive outlook
- Working 9 - 6.30pm Monday to Friday
- Internal promotions and career development are guaranteed

**To be considered for this role you should..**
- **Talented in sales**, direct sales preferred but not essential
- Be a confident and professional high achiever yourself
- Possess a current clean drivers license
- Be self motivated and hungry for success
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office
- Be professionally presented and immaculately groomed at all times
- This is a hands on role and suits someone who has a never say never approach with a desire to always win
