**About the role**

**What you'll be doing**
- Oversee and manage overall day to day production strategies in accordance with our internal procedures.
- Schedule and assign production personnel
- Implement and monitor production schedules to meet targets and deadlines
- Provide hands-on support and training to team members to enhance their skills and productivity
- Monitor and maintain safety and quality standards in the production area
- Responsible for operational performance and problem solving
- Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the production process
- Support and develop your teams’ skills and expertise, with a passion for coaching and developing
- Take full ownership as a collaborative member of the production leadership team, with a focus on creating a respectful and professional working environment.

**What we're looking for**
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or a similar supervisory role in a meat processing factory.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong work ethic, with an eye for detail and quality focus.
- Clear decision-making skills, with a high level of presentation and communication skills.
- Understanding of Food Safety Program requirements.
- Forklift License desired but not essential.
- Must have the right to work Full-Time in Australia.
