This entry level management role within Oz Shut will provide you with both a fantastic base salary and also a very achievable REALISTIC bonus structure that would see your earning $80,000 - $100,000 in the first year progressing in your second year over $100,000.

You will have an opportunity to work alongside some of the best.

ABOUT THE JOB.
- Managing up seven junior staff. Able to lead by example
- Reporting directly to senior management
- Creating “a fun action packed” work environment
- Ongoing training with new and existing staff
- Morning meetings
- Quality control

WHAT YOU NEED.
- Sales/Lead generation exp..
- Must be highly reliable
- A fresh, fun & positive outlook on work
- Current driver’s license
- Passion to succeed
- Ability to get a positive result
