We have an exciting opportunity of a **Customer Service Team Leader** to join our team located at Malaga, WA.

**Your New Role**:
Reporting to the State Manager, you will support and lead the small customer service team and play an integral role in building effective relationships with both our internal and external customers, process telephone sales by taking orders, provide over the phone quotations, project coordination and scheduling and attend to other customer service and project related activities.

**You will bring**:

- Previous experience in a customer service leadership role (advantageous)
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Passionate about customer service
- High level of attention to detail and organisation
- Experience in dealing with wholesalers, customers and distributors within the electrical, mechanical, building products or similar industries (advantageous)
- Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook (advantageous)
