Is this the role for you?

Reporting to the Head of Broadcast News, you’ll be providing administrative and production coordination assistance across the News department and supporting Heads of News departments.

What will you be doing?

Assist Head of News, Digital News, Head of Lifestyle
Diary Management
Travel Bookings, Expenses - Corporate Card Reconciliations
EE support in each of the States
Back-up Unit Manager for News and Studio 10
Office Management News/Studio 10, maintaining effective office functions

What are we looking for?
Adaptability and agility to deal with fast changing priorities Ability to collaborate effectively with many different people and positions Strong communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships Confident problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks Advanced Microsoft Office skills Willingness to accept tasks that may not be written in a job description
