TEMPORARY DATA ENTRY / ADMIN ASSISTANT

We're seeking a detail-focused Data Entry Assistant for a 6-week contract to support the rollout of our new People system, Dayforce.

You'll be responsible for accurate and efficient data entry of employee and payroll information during a key testing phase. Strong attention to detail and confidence using Excel are essential.

ASAP start – ideal for someone available immediately and ready to hit the ground running

We'd Love to See

  • Accurate and efficient data entry, with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using Excel for tracking, filtering, and organising data
  • Comfortable reviewing and updating employee and payroll data
  • Able to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience with HR, payroll, or system data is a bonus, but not essential
  • Willing to support ad hoc admin tasks as needed
