About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team here at COSOL head office in Brisbane.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving and delivering solution selling to meet our growth sales targets.

Your expertise in the Mining and Utilities based industries will assist you in building relationships and delivering upon strategic sales deals.

The ideal candidate
We are seeking an experienced Sales Individual to join our team in our head office in Brisbane. In this role, you will deliver upon strategic sales solutioning across multiple Asset Management solutions, leveraging your deep expertise in asset management and industry best practices. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver top-tier solutions that drive business innovation and success.

The Key Requirements Of The Role Include

  • Identify and target potential clients across a number of asset management solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements and align them with COSOL solution offerings.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations by collaborating across practices.
  • Create and manage a sales pipeline to achieve sales targets.
  • Foster long-term customer relationships delivering upon customer intimacy.
  • Remain up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape.

You will have:

  • Proven experience and track record in sales, specifically in asset management systems.
  • A solutions sales approach
  • Strong understanding of asset management processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • A background in Mining and Utilities is preferred.
