The Opportunity

We're hiring Senior Account Executives to spearhead growth in Australia and across APAC. This is a career-defining role for a tenured enterprise sales professional with a track record of exceeding quotas, closing seven-figure deals, and building trusted relationships with C-level executives in asset-intensive industries.

You'll be part of a global sales organization where success is recognized, effort is rewarded, and your results directly shape Prometheus Group's growth story in the region.

What You'll Do

  • Be the trusted partner – understand customer priorities and position Prometheus as their critical strategic ally.
  • Own your territory – design and execute territory plans that deliver predictable, repeatable growth.
  • Close complex deals – lead enterprise sales cycles end-to-end, from prospecting to multi-stakeholder negotiations and expansion.
  • Engage the C-suite – develop lasting, high-trust partnerships with senior decision-makers.
  • Sell value, not features – deliver compelling, ROI-focused presentations, demos, and business cases.
  • Expand accounts – uncover and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Forecast with precision – maintain pipeline visibility and execute mutual close plans.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales success, with a proven history of exceeding quotas.
  • Demonstrated success selling business application solutions into asset-intensive industries (energy, utilities, mining, manufacturing, or similar).
  • Mastery of consultative selling, negotiation, and complex deal-closing.
  • High business acumen with the ability to navigate long, complex procurement cycles.
  • A collaborative team player with the resilience and independence of a top performer.
