About You

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or Engineering and strong understanding of pump industry and engineering principles
  • Proven success in sales and business development — ideally within industrial, commercial, or related technical markets
  • Strong ability to identify opportunities, open doors, and close deals
  • Confident building relationships at all levels, from contractors to consultants
  • Results-driven, accountable, and motivated to work autonomously
  • Engineering background ideal but not essential — you'll be supported by an in-house technical team

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business opportunities across commercial and industrial markets
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with company strategy
  • Conduct competitor analysis and product reviews to support market positioning
  • Deliver product and sales training to agents and customers
  • Provide market feedback and reporting to management with clear deliverables
