What You'll Do:
This is an exciting sales opportunity within a highly regarded cabinetry manufacturer. You'll be a key part of servicing both retail and trade customers, and building a strong customer base and relationships.
As part of the Showroom team you'll use your expert knowledge to support customers with their product selections:
- Warmly greet customers and create an inspiring experience
- Confidently present features and benefits, igniting excitement
- Generate leads and book appointments
- Strong focus on developing lasting relationships with clients
- Provide advice to clients based on their product briefs
- Prepare formal quotations based of project plans, schedules, inspections, or other paperwork
- follow up on quotes and customer leads
- Support the sales process from start to finish by processing orders, handle payments, and coordinate deliveries.
- Educate clients about our products and brand
- Offer creative and practical design suggestions.
About You:
- Previous Customer Service or Sales Experience desirable
- An understanding of the construction industry or a willingness to learn
- Administration and data entry ability
- Ability to work independently or alone when required
