Key Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to management, staff, and volunteers
· Respond promptly and compassionately to member enquiries
· Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases
· Process customer payments and maintain accurate records of payments and invoices
· Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
· Assist in the preparation of presentations and internal communications
· Prepare member supply orders for postage or collection
· Follow and uphold organisational policies and procedures to maintain consistency, safety, and compliance with relevant standards
What you bring:
· Proven experience in administrative or office support roles
· Strong organisational and time management skills
· High level of attention to detail
· A positive attitude with a customer service focus
· Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing responsibilities
· Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
· National Police Clearance
Desirable (but not essential):
· Certificate III in Business Administration
· First Aid Certificate
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.00 – $33.00 per hour
