
Administration Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to management, staff, and volunteers
- Respond promptly and compassionately to member enquiries
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records of payments and invoices
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and internal communications
- Prepare member supply orders for postage or collection
- Follow and uphold organisational policies and procedures to maintain consistency, safety, and compliance with relevant standards
**What you bring**:
- Proven experience in administrative or office support roles
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail
- A positive attitude with a customer service focus
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing responsibilities
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- National Police Clearance
**Desirable (but not essential)**:
- Certificate III in Business Administration
- First Aid Certificate
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
