**The Role**:

- orientated and proactive Residential Welcome Team Administrator to join our Residential Welcome Team on a full-time basis. In this role, you’ll provide accurate and timely information to customers, coordinate and maintain customer records, and support smooth admissions into Residential Care Homes
**Duties**:
- Deliver seamless, customer-focused experience from first enquiry to admission.
- Maintain accurate customer records, databases and waitlists
- Provide accurate and timely advice and support customers considering entry to residential services /moving into a residential care home
- Regularly liaise with the team/external stakeholders to place residents in a timely manner
- Deliver high levels of customer service by supporting the older person through a smooth transition to residential services whilst maintaining a customer centric sales approach
- Support Continuous improvement initiatives, audits and reporting requirements
- Assist with administrative process to ensure compliance and efficiency
About You
You will be professional, organised and customer-focused, with the ability to build empathy and trust with older people and their families. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing accuracy, deadlines and exceptional service.
- Experience in administration, customer service, or residential admissions
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and excellent time management
- Confidence with database and MS Office (Salesforce Experience is desirable)
- Knowledge of Aged Care Standards, ACAT, AN-ACC or RAD/DAP process is desirable
- Proactive and relationship oriented
**Highly desired**:
- Knowledge of current relevant legislation relating to resident contracts and agreements, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and the Aged Care Act
- Understanding of AN-ACC, ACAT and resident admission assessment process
As this role requires travel, please note that a current unrestricted Drivers Licence is a must.
Satisfactory police check for Aged Care, less than 12 months old must be provided prior to commencement.
