Product Specialist

About The Role:

Our Product Specialists work closely with Occupational therapists, Physiotherapists, and other Allied Health Professionals to ensure clients receive:

  • Honest, expert advice
  • High-quality, future-proofed products
  • Tailored solutions for comfort, support, and independent living

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on assistive technology to clinicians, clients, and their families
  • Coordinate and conduct product demonstrations and equipment trials both on-site at our Balwyn showroom and via in-home trials
  • Support clients in achieving positive clinical and functional outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with therapists and community stakeholders

Your Skills and Experience:

    Assistive Technology equipment
  • Effectively manage your
    time and workload
    to meet deadlines and client needs
  • Actively
    participate in and complete all required training
  • Demonstrate a strong

    accuracy and attention to detail
    in all aspects of your work
  • Excellent
    verbal and written communication
    skills
  • Strong
    organisational and time management
    abilities
  • Display
    intermediate computer skills
    , including:
  • Proficiency in the
    Microsoft Office Suite
    (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • An
    Australian driver's licence
  • A current
    National Criminal Record Check
    (or willingness to obtain)
  • A current
    Working with Children Check
    (or willingness to obtain)
  • A current
    NDIS Worker Screening Check
    (or willingness to obtain)
  • Australian citizenship
    or
    permanent residency
  • Up-to-date
    vaccinations
    as required for healthcare settings, including
    influenza
