proudly stock Australian made Red Centre Caravans.

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Caravan and Motorhome Sales

Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in

outdoor leisure vehicles and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right caravan or

motorhome to meet their needs, as well as providing information about features and

after sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assess their needs to recommend suitable caravans and

motorhomes.

Provide detailed information about various models, including specifications, features,

and pricing.

Product demonstrations and test drives for potential customers.

Assist customers with paperwork related to the purchases.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new products, and competitors

offerings.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

and referrals.

Collaborate with the service department to ensure customer satisfaction post purchase.

Attend trade shows and events to promote products and engage with potential

customers.

Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer-facing environment is preferred.

Strong communication skills.

A willingness to learn and grow.

A genuine passion for caravans, motorhomes, and outdoor activities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer skills.

A valid driver's licence.
