Born Digital Solutions (BD-S)

We are looking for a
Technical Project Manager
to join a Melbourne-based team and lead a key client engagement focused on
process automation and workflow transformation
.

What you'll do:

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery for automation and workflow solutions, ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are consistently achieved.
  • Work closely with client stakeholders and BD-S technical teams, translating business needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects, managing risks, budgets, and dependencies.
  • Support solution design and delivery across platforms such as
    Nintex, Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, or similar workflow automation vendors
    .
  • Drive agile project practices, ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in a
    technical / SaaS / automation delivery environment
    .
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and workflow automation platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum are highly regarded.
