RowanAir is one of Townsville's leading air-conditioning and electrical companies. Starting as a small family business in 2009, we've grown to become a trusted name for both domestic and commercial customers. We pride ourselves on excellent service, quality products, and a friendly team environment.
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Administrator to join our office team. This is a front-desk role where you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and an essential support to our management and technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering phones and greeting customers at reception
- Managing emails and general administration tasks
- Scheduling jobs, confirming appointments, and following up on quotes
- Processing deposits, invoicing, and basic data entry in Simpro
- Monitoring schedules to ensure parts and equipment are allocated correctly
- Checking customer reports and assisting management with daily priorities
- General office duties: checking mail, filing, ordering supplies, watering plants, and maintaining a tidy office environment
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Competency with computers and willingness to learn Simpro (training provided)
- Organised, reliable, and able to take initiative
- Previous admin experience preferred, but not essential
