We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to immediately join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including general reception duties and office works, administrative support, data entry and liaising with clients and other stakeholders.

This part-time role comes with flexible work arrangements, including the option to work from home, and the potential to grow into a full-time position.

What you will be doing

  1. General reception duties including answering the phone and managing email correspondence.
  2. Handling customer and client interactions in a professional and friendly manner.
  3. Prepare, edit and format documents and correspondence using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel).
  4. Perform accurate and timely data entry.
  5. Coordinate and allocate work to a panel of approved subcontractors.
  6. Provide administrative support to management as needed.

  1. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  2. Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
  3. Competent keyboard and data entry skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  6. Openness to learning new systems and processes.
  7. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential.
