Fronditha Care is an award-winning not-for-profit aged care provider, specialising in providing culturally sensitive aged care for people of all backgrounds for more than 46 years. We provide a wide range of aged care services and programs to support elders and their families.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager – Community Services to lead our Support at Home (SAH) and Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) teams. This pivotal leadership role will drive service excellence, operational performance, and reform readiness to ensure our clients continue living independently and with dignity in their homes and communities.
About the Role
- Reporting to the Executive team, the General Manager will:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across community services, clinical care, and allied health programs.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, staff, government agencies, and community partners.
- Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and upcoming reforms while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Oversee financial performance, workforce management, and service delivery to achieve business and client satisfaction targets.
- Champion employee engagement and professional development, leading a committed and multidisciplinary team.
- Advocate for Fronditha Care and the elders we serve in public and policy forums.
About You
You are a leader of leaders, with demonstrated General Manager (or equivalent senior leadership) experience across aged care, community health, or a related sector. What you will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing (AHPRA), Social Work, Allied Health or equivalent, with additional business/management qualifications highly regarded.
- Deep knowledge of aged care reform, SAH and CHSP frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong commercial acumen and proven success in financial and workforce management.
- Advanced strategic, operational, and systems management skills, with the ability to drive innovation and change.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a commitment to client-centred care and continuous improvement.
- Experience working with culturally diverse communities; Greek language skills will be highly regarded.

- Above award pay with annual pay increases under respective Enterprise Agreements.
- Salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum of pre-tax income.
