As Operations Manager, you'll be accountable for workflow, customer service standards, and building a motivated, high-performing team. *What You'll Do*
- Lead workflow to meet site start targets and budgets
- Support continuous improvement and innovation in processes
- Ensure high levels of customer experience aligned with Carlisle's Customer Charter
- Develop and coach a motivated team, fostering accountability and shared success
- Collaborate across departments to deliver projects on time and within budget
*About You*You're an experienced leader in operations with:
- A proven track record leading high-performing teams
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage priorities under pressure while motivating others
- Diploma of Leadership or equivalent desirable
