Responsibilities

  • Developing and strengthening brand identity and voice across all platforms
  • Planning, creating, and posting engaging content tailored to multiple social media channels
  • Managing and growing an online community through daily interaction (comments, DMs, UGC)
  • Owning and executing social media strategies aligned with audience preferences and trends
  • Tracking and analysing performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external creators to ensure impactful storytelling

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in brand, social media, or content marketing roles
  • Proven ability to grow engaged social media audiences
  • Strong skills in copywriting, storytelling, and creating short-form video content
  • Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or Figma
  • Knowledge of current social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
