Medical Receptionist/secretary

Dr. Rahimpanah's team is looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and allied health professional staff to join our staff at Dr. Farhad Rahimpanah's Gynecological and Obestrics surgery clinic in Liverpool Sydney. (PART-TIME & FEMALE ONLY)
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Scanning and data management of medical records.
- Preparation of patient accounts.
- Medicare Batching.
- Private billing using BlueChip and Medical Director Clinical.
- Calling and discussing with private health funds.
- Setting up of consulting rooms.
- Experience in the Medical receptionist/admin sector (preferably 1 year).
- Have proven customer service and reception qualities.
- Answering telephone calls & inquiries efficiently.
- Managing appointment schedules.

- Willingness to learn and work as a team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and energetic personality.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet set standards.
