The Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive our growth in Australia. This role combines new business development with customer account management, giving you the opportunity to both grow new accounts and nurture long term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the industrial racking and storage sector.
  • Visiting clients (manufacturers, distributors, logistics companies) to present solutions and build strong relationships.
  • Managing and growing existing accounts through exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
  • Preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborating with the management team to shape sales strategy and market expansion.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge or experience in selling technical/industrial products.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales (preferred: industrial equipment, construction, warehousing solutions, storage solutions, or similar)
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, results driven attitude with the ability to work independently
  • A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally to meet clients
  • A valid Australian driver's licence
