PERSOL have partnered with a leading Landscape company seeking a
Contract Administrator
on a Permanent Full-Time basis.
Working with the Commercial Manager you will assist in completing projects on time and within budget.
Key Duties
- Prepare and maintain subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, and project documentation.
- Process and reconcile supplier and subcontractor invoices against purchase orders.
- Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to coordinate deliveries and compliance paperwork.
- Maintain cost tracking registers, progress claim support, and variation documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to Project Managers, including meeting notes and document control.
About You
- Excellent attention to detail with good document control and record-keeping skills.
- Strong negotiation skills, able to liaise effectively with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Good understanding of purchase orders, invoices, and basic cost tracking.
- Well organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks to deadlines.
- Confident using Microsoft Office.
- Desirable: Previous experience in construction or landscaping administration, or a similar project support role.
