About the role -

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting project operations across multiple departments, ensuring documentation, financials, and compliance are maintained to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing -

 Providing administrative support to project managers and team members

 Maintaining project documentation, including contracts, job costing and correspondence

 Assist management with customer invoicing and debtor management

 Assisting with the preparation of tenders

 Manage the Tasmanian Freight Equalisation Scheme process

 Assist efficient day-to-day operations of the project team

 Providing back-up support to the broader administrative team as needed

What you'll bring -

 Proven experience in project administration or similar role

 Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and document management platforms

 Familiarity with job costing systems and financial processes

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is a full time position with an attractive salary, commensurate with experience
