**Warehouse Administrator - Leading manufacturer in Automotive & Defence**
- $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
- 3 to 6 months Temp
- Mon - Thur 7.15am to 4.15pm - Frid 7.30am to 12.30pm
- Early finish on Fridays
- Epping location - immediate start

**The Company**
A leading manufacturer in cutting-edge technology and innovation in the automotive and defence industries in Australia.

**The Role**
Supporting the Logistics Manager you will assist with Bills of Materials and warehouse operations administrative activities for Service Operations. Duties include:

- Processing warehouse transactions into the business system, for receiving, locating, storage etc
- Working closely with warehouse, office, and management staff
- Assisting with Bills of Materials activities
- Paying and consolidating invoicing
- Assisting with ordering, maintaining and spare part inventory as required
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders when required i.e. freight forwarders, Customer Service, Purchasing and production

**The Person**
You have good time management skills, are an excellent communicator and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. You are able to work accurately and methodically, complete paperwork and count stock

items. You must be able to commence immediately and be available for a 3 to 6-month period.

Hours: Monday - Thursday 7.15am to 4.15pm - Friday 7.30am to 12.30pm
