Director of sales – Luxury Hospitality

Location: Bali (with Jakarta oversight) | Global Market Focus

An exceptional opportunity exists for a dynamic and strategic sales leader to drive the global commercial strategy for two distinctive luxury hotel properties based in Bali.

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for sustainability, who can accelerate growth across key international markets and lead a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth, ADR and occupancy
  • Build and lead a high-performance sales team across Bali and Jakarta
  • Expand presence across international markets (North America, EU/UK, LATAM, Asia) through luxury travel trade networks
  • Strengthen partnerships with leading travel consortia and membership programs (e.g. American Express, Virtuoso, Serendipians)
  • Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to enhance brand visibility, drive demand, and ensure ROI on all sales activity
  • Champion the brand's regenerative and sustainability ethos in all commercial partnerships

About You

  • 8–10+ years' senior sales leadership experience within global luxury hotels
  • Proven success driving market expansion and leading commercial teams across Asia-Pacific and global markets
  • Expertise in FIT, Groups and weddings, with deep knowledge of the luxury travel trade
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting and ROI analysis
  • Strategic, influential and passionate about sustainable hospitality
