About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Director
to join our team on a three-month contract. This role is designed for a leader who thrives both in the field and in the office—driving sales performance, developing strategy, and empowering our team to deliver on key objectives.

You will spend
three days per week in-field
actively selling and working alongside our representatives, and the remaining
two days in our Sydney-based office
or conducting in-field training. This hybrid structure ensures a strong balance between hands-on execution and strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • In-Field Sales Leadership (3 Days/Week)
  • Lead by example through direct in-field selling with representatives.
  • Execute and monitor in-store activations, merchandising, and customer engagement.
  • Support representatives with live coaching and on-the-ground sales strategies.
  • Team Leadership & Strategy (2 Days/Week)
  • Run internal meetings, WIPs (Work in Progress), and team strategy sessions.
  • Train and mentor representatives to strengthen in-field performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to deliver maximum impact.
  • Sales Performance & KPIs
  • Drive the team to achieve and exceed sales KPIs.
  • Track performance metrics, provide feedback, and make data-led improvements.
  • Ensure flawless execution of sales campaigns and field strategies.
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Act as a bridge between in-field reps and senior management.
  • Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Ensure smooth execution of campaigns through alignment with internal stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role (Sales Director, Head of Sales, or equivalent).
  • Strong track record of leading and motivating sales teams in both field and office environments.
  • Ability to deliver results against KPIs and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a hands-on coaching style.
  • Highly adaptable, with the ability to balance in-field execution and office-based strategy.
