Adelaide, South Australia McArthur Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Reporting to the CEO, this 1-2 month temporary role will see you assisting with the preparation of the end of year Management report and requires an experienced professional executive administration assistant.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Produce, collate and format complex documents
  • Assist to source and coordinate information to include in the annual report
  • Liaise with the executive team and other departments
  • Additional tasks in relation to policy and compliance documents/projects/reporting.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Advanced MS Word (styles, tables), and experience with Adobe Pro & Sharepoint
  • Solid knowledge of Excel (data and graphs)
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication
  • Exceptional organisational skills and impeccable attention to detail to produce executive level reports
  • Experience in preparing annual reports and a strong understanding of corporate governance and quality assurance.

If you are known for your natural ability to coordinate and plan, providing a seamless and organised approach with executive administration support, this Temporary role is available initially for 1 - 2 months. Part-time or full-time hours are negotiable.
