Risk and Compliance Analyst

Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Evolution Specialists Full time $550,000 - $620,000 per year

We have an upcoming project kicking off at the end of September and are looking for a skilled Risk & Compliance Analyst to join the team.

In this role, you will:

Define and implement risk frameworks and controls during a transition period

Represent the risk function across key workstreams

Map data flows and document 'as is' and 'to be' processes

Run workshops with executives and SMEs to ensure compliance alignment

Support regulatory engagement and uplift of Line 1/Line 2 controls

What we're looking for:

Experience developing operational risk frameworks

Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (superannuation, insurance, or financial services ideal)

Skilled in process mapping, SOP creation, and documentation

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience

Ability to work in hybrid environments and deliver outcomes in fast-paced projects

Location: Melbourne preferred (Hybrid 2–3 days/week)

Start: Late September | Contract: 3 months (with potential extension)

Rates: $550–620 incl. GST
