You'll get to:

  • Lead strategy execution and operations, and a passionate team to deliver IAM & Data Protection services, continuously reducing evolving risks and strengthening our security posture.
  • Lead team to mature solutions across IAM, PAM, SSO, MFA, RBAC, DLP, encryption, and data classification.
  • Keep us compliant with AESCSF, the Australian Privacy Act, and other frameworks.
  • Collaborate with great people across HR, Legal, Procurement, market operator, and key regulators to drive security outcomes that matter.
  • Champion a strong security culture with training and awareness programs.

What you'll bring

  • 10+ years in cybersecurity, with deep expertise in IAM, data protection, and compliance.
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and delivering strategic outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of Australian regulatory frameworks and energy sector standards.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and platform-specific credentials are highly regarded.
  • A collaborative mindset, strategic vision, and hands-on approach to delivery.
  • You know what good look like and you are able to inspire and lead a team to deliver continuous improvement.
