THE FIRM
We are a busy and friendly boutique law firm with offices in Logan Central and Beenleigh offering legal services in family law, care and protection, domestic violence and criminal law.
We have a position open for a reliable, enthusiastic and well-presented individual to join our busy practice as a legal receptionist full-time (although this is negotiable).
Preference will be given to a law clerk applicant.
THE ROLE
The position involves a wide variety of office support task including but not limited to:-
- Greeting clients on arrival
- Answering the telephone and taking messages or directing calls as needed
- Dealing with high volume incoming/outgoing mail
- Supporting solicitors with administrative tasks
- Photocopying and scanning documents
- General cleaning and kitchen/stationary stock control
- Banking
- General errands
- Opening and closing files
- Attendance at court
The role is a full-time position job (although there is flexibility for the right candidate).
IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience with Leap (although not essential), excellent and proven phone manners, time management and client/customer care and a driver's license and car. You will also have excellent computer skills and demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office and intermediate typing skills with a view for long term employment. Law background would be beneficial.
