**Your new company**
Your new organisation is a mid-size chartered accountancy/ business advisory firm based in CBD, Sydney. They are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist/Admin to provide an excellent service delivery to all internal and external clients.
**Your new role**
As a receptionist, you would be responsible for the following duties:
- Reception duties including greeting clients as they arrive
- Answering and directing calls
- Booking meeting rooms, car spots for staff members when required
- Housekeeping of front of office such as maintenance of reception area and set up of meeting rooms, including any AV requirements, making tea and coffee for client meetings.
- Organise catering for events when required.
- Collection, distribution and drop off of mail
- Lodgement of tax returns
- Maintaining an orderly and regularly updated Client Database
- Managing Client data via the ATO Portal, when requested
- May be required to submit client requests on behalf of Managers/Partners through the ATO Portal
- Providing support to Administration Team as and when needed
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience working as a receptionist/admin within professional services environment
- Experience and abilities in general administrative practices.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work at a fast pace, both independently and as part of a team
- Strong MS Office skills
- Ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly
