Full-Time Venue Manager – Black Dingo Café

Join our bustling team We're looking for an experienced leader with solid operational skills, a passion for working in high-energy and fast paced environments, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

We are located at Point Danger Lighthouse in Duranbah Beach right at the border QLD-NSW, with the best views on the coast

About Us:

- Open 7 days a week: Mon - Thurs 5:30AM - 4PM / Fri - Sun 5:30AM - 5PM (NSW time)

- Hours to be extended until 7:30 PM (NSW time), only from Friday to Sunday during summer.

- We're a licensed venue, so NSW RSA and alcohol handling knowledge are required.

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum 2 years of management experience

  • Ideal candidates will excel in rostering and managing a team of 7-12 staff each day.

  • The role is to oversee more of mid morning to afternoon operations. Especially when we will be extending the hours over the weekend.

  • Inventory and stock control.

  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring top-tier service for every guest

  • Energetic, motivated, and passionate about hospitality and customer service in a fast paced and busy environment.

  • Strong leadership with a solid operational skills.

  • Weekends availability is a MUST.
