High profile and award winning cafe, Nectar Espresso is looking for an experienced Manager to lead our team.

Nectar is a high energy, fun and friendly coffee outlet, located on the beach and is very popular with our local community. It is a great place to meet and enjoy the Gold Coast lifestyle.

The Manager role consists of the following duties;

  • Experience in a high paced environment
  • BOH duties - rostering, controlling cogs, labor costs, ordering, stocktake
  • Ability to train and mentor your team
  • Broad range of barista skills inc. specialty coffees
  • Pre -planning and time management - we can make upwards of 600+ coffees on any given day, along with a range of cafe style food options, smoothies and light snacks/meals

If you are someone who sees the whole picture, thinks ahead, is organised, hands on, leads with a positive attitude and wants to grow and develop in their role then please apply.

About Nectar Located at the southern end of the North Burleigh Surf Club you will have the luxury of working on the beach front with a great team and friendly local atmosphere. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide a top quality Allpress coffee, delicious food and exceptional customer service all while working under pressure
