- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and improve customer engagement.

- Monitor and manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced cafe environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
$68,864 - $75,000 per annum based on working days and penalties applicable as per the Hospitality Industry General Award.
