We are seeking reliable and experienced Baristas/Retail Stock Assistants/Pick Packers to join our Retail Store and Fulfilment Centre operation to support our busy summer season. In this customer-facing role, you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to providing an exceptional customer shopping and cafe experience.

3-4 casual shifts per week, between the operating hours of 8am-5pm M-F.  Must be available to work Saturdays, 8.30am-4pm.

Responsibilities for the various roles include:

  • Making great coffee for Retail customers in our super cute coffee van
  • Set up and clean down of coffee machine/workspace
  • Weekly ordering of coffee van supplies
  • Presentation of the outdoor cafe area, including tables, rubbish removal and watering plants
  • Frequent moving of stock items to/from the Retail Store for customer requests
  • Assisting Retail team with general duties including steaming and tidying store
  • Picking and packing online customer orders in the Fulfilment Centre

About You:

  • Barista experience and a talent for making great coffee
  • Excellent customer service skills and a genuine love for delivering a positive customer experience
  • A great track record of reliable attendance
  • Proven ability to thrive in an agile and fast-paced team environment
  • Confidence in learning new tech and adapting to digital fulfilment duties
