ERP Finance Specialist

This is an exciting role for an experienced Finance trained candidate who has experience delivering ERPs with training and support specialising in the Finance space. This role suits a candidate with a passion for Finance /Accounting, technology and data analysis.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake the following responsibilities

Pronto ERP

  • Ensure that Snooze is getting maximum value from the Pronto ERP system.
  • Drive the adoption and use of the Pronto Financial modules within the Snooze environment.
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Demonstrate a customer- focus in all behaviours which may include handling challenging and complex customer service enquiries.
  • Serve as the escalation point from the Systems Manager where required for technology related issues and/or requests relating to the Pronto ERP Financial and other modules.
  • Act as overflow/backup to Systems Manager to support day-to-day business support requirements.

Project work

  • Provide Finance expertise to the project team to ensure that all elements of the project plan are realistic and achievable.
  • Assist project team with training plans and rollout plans as required.
  • Facilitate and work with Snooze training team to "Train the Trainer" and ensure that knowledge is transferred effectively.
  • Work with the Snooze project team to ensure that all elements of the Snooze ERP are documented as part of any upgrade or development.
  • Act as a Finance SME for Pronto ERP development work, ensuring that the requirements are delivered.
  • Assist in testing activities as required to ensure that the system works end-to-end, integrates with other systems successfully, and data is consistent.

The successful candidate will have

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance/Accounting or Technology
  • Experience in Pronto ERP is critical, with a strong Finance background
  • Top flight training and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and compliance in all their work

  • Provide assistance on other ad hoc duties as and when required by the Head of Technology.
