Mesh & Bar Pty Ltd is an innovative & independent steel reinforcing company. We proudly manufacture and distribute steel reinforcement and associated building products to the construction industry from our facilities located at Redbank, Caloundra and soon to be from our state-of-the-art facility situated at Brendale.

About the role

Right now, we are seeking suitable candidates for a 6 to 12-month TEMP/CASUAL role in administration  This role will be based at our Redbank facility.  The successful candidate will report to the Delivery Resource Coordinator this role will provide support to our dedicated Production, Planning & Despatch team.

Day to Day

  • Organising and printing schedules, production paperwork and tags
  • Raising delivery dockets
  • Data entry, filing & scanning paperwork
  • Requesting & obtaining records from third party carriers
  • Regularly providing back-up support for Despatch team members
  • Other duties as required

The successful candidate(s) will have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • An ability to work to tight time constraints and meet deadlines
  • A track record of strong organisational skills

Further Information

This is a varied, busy and challenging role, with emphasis on a team environment, offering a variety of tasks.

Hours will be Monday to Friday with a base wage + 25% casual loading at full-time hours for a 6 to 12-month role, with the chance of going permanent for the right candidate.
