Three young ladies who live together in their own home in Albury.

The ladies are active, love being out and about, and are certainly not wall flowers. They have so much to give, they laugh a lot and are fun to be around.

They have a beautiful home, have the most fantastic Team Leader, and we need you to help us to continue our journey.

We assist our staff to create a level of support that matters. We look for understanding, a sense of humor, teamwork and a positive caring attitude.

You may be already working in a house environment for a large Provider and finding it just not as fulfilling or rewarding as you expected We are a single home with a small staff who really care, working well together to achieve the best outcomes for the young ladies. And yes, we really care and respect our staff

Our Team Leader is looking for a casual person, with the aim to become a permanent member of the team.

Our shifts consist of a minimum of one sleepover per week. Weekend work, weekday mornings and afternoon/evening work. Approx. 20-30hrs per week.

What you need to have:

  • Experience in Disability Support Work
  • Minimum of 2+ years disability support work experience is required
  • Cert 3 or 4 in Disability preferred but not essential
  • First Aid preferred but not essential
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
