What You'll Be Doing

• This tertiary level clinic requires the audiologist to effectively and professionally perform a large range of specialised measures involved in the diagnosis of hearing loss and other auditory conditions, on an often complex and difficult-to-test population.
• Management of the patient and families involving the liaison with a wide range of agencies and consultants to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes for patients and families, especially in the broad multi-cultural environment we serve.
• Clinical supervision and support to Level 1 and 2 audiologists.
• Provision of education to Professionals and Students.
• Be able to act as a clinical consultant on an ad hoc basis.

About You
We're looking for someone who:

• Master's Degree or equivalent in Audiology with Full Membership (or eligible to be) of Audiological Society of Australia and Clinical Certification preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
• Demonstrated ability in clinical skills with a variety of age groups.
• Electrophysiological skills an advantage.
• Previous involvement in research and quality activities an advantage.
• Permanent resident.
