Are you a highly engaged and experienced Health Manager working in Mental Health and are looking for an exciting professional opportunity?

The Service Manager for TRSP is a senior position responsible for managing and coordinating the TRSP and to provide expert advice and services on all facets of TRSP as a state-wide service to meet the needs of rural, regional and metropolitan Local Health District stakeholders as well as Mindgardens Neuroscience Network.

This role is required to work both autonomously and part of the wider mental health team and ESMHS Executive.

The role has a specific focus on the overseeing the provision six distinct streams of assessment, tailored to the specific needs of individuals and referrers to achieve the business and service objectives. The Service Manager, TRSP will plan, coordinate, lead and manage human, financial, material and capital resources to provide a cost effective, quality service that meets key performance indicators and financial accountabilities of the TRSP.

Selection Criteria:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in health discipline or health management, or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills to enhance staff performance, influence workplace culture, and lead change.
• Extensive knowledge of contemporary issues in service provision to people with psychosis and providing mental health services or programs.
• Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills with a strong customer service approach
• Demonstrated high level analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to provide authoritative advice and recommendations across a large and complex organisation
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management, and other key stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in planning and evaluation at strategic and service levels within a high-volume dynamic work environment
• Current drivers licence (with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position)
