Are you a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist with a strong background in mental health and a commitment to supporting young people?

We're looking for someone who can work both independently and as part of a collaborative, compassionate multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving the lives of adolescents and young adults.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in providing comprehensive mental health assessments, evidence-based treatment, and ongoing evaluation—helping to prevent or reduce the physical, psychological, and social impacts of emerging mental health challenges in young people.

About CASPAR

The Comprehensive Assessment Service for Psychosis and At Risk (CASPAR) is a specialist youth mental health program delivering outreach services to headspace sites across the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD).

Our team offers holistic assessment, treatment, and tailored support to adolescents, young adults, and their families who are experiencing complex mental health concerns or are at ultra-high risk (UHR) for psychosis.

At CASPAR, we work within a recovery-focused model of care, providing short- to medium-term interventions that may include individual therapy, family support, and group programs. Our goal is to identify, treat, and reduce the impact of emerging mental health difficulties, empowering young people and their families to achieve their best possible outcomes.

Why You'll Love Working With Us

  • Be part of a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team that values collaboration, compassion, and innovation.
  • Work in a dynamic, youth-focused environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
  • Make a genuine difference in the lives of young people and their families.

Enjoy the flexibility of permanent full-time or part-time hours to suit your lifestyle.
