We have an opportunity for a Service Centre Administration Coordinator to join our Perth Airport Service Centre on a 12-month fixed-term-contract.

This position is responsible for coordinating and supporting a high-performing administration team to ensure the smooth execution of all workshop service and site mobilisation related administrative tasks. This role includes tasks such as service quotations for service projects and jobs, managing SAP data and job documentation, site mobilization planning/coordination, oversee purchasing and workflow processes, and assists with payroll data entry as required. It offers a dynamic blend of leadership, operational support, and process improvement in a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate estimation and quotation processes, consulting with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely quotes.
  • Coordinate and manage the administration team, including task allocation, and fostering a culture of professionalism and collaboration.
  • Drive team performance by tracking progress, generating reports, and aligning efforts to meet operational goals.
  • Facilitate weekly Operations meetings and provide updates to the Service Centre Manager on team activities and outcomes.
  • Support general administration tasks, including daily planner reviews, quote tracking, service email monitoring, and payroll updates.
  • Collaborate on financial planning, working with the Service Manager to verify monthly financial data and support continuous improvement in estimating procedures.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviour's in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Experience in workshop administration, job planning, and estimating, with a strong focus on customer service and commercial awareness. Mining or minerals processing industry experience is a plus, and a trade background would be beneficial.
  • Site Mobilisation experience highly regarded
  • Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel, with SAP experience highly regarded.
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to understand technical documents and business materials.
  • A great team player with leadership qualities, motivated to improve processes and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
  • Committed to continuous learning and improvement, especially in estimating and operational practices.
