TLC Aged Care Fitzroy North has an extensive range of onsite services available making Clifton Views a unique place to live, including a community medical centre, allied health services, gym, physiotherapy, dietetics and podiatry, a resident's sports bar and café, and virtual reality cinema.
Your Role as a Care Manager (Division 1 / Grade 5), you'll be central to clinical care and team leadership, providing high-quality, person-centred support to residents and their loved ones. You'll thrive as a hands-on leader in a collaborative and respectful culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care tailored to individual needs
- Oversee medication management and wound care
- Collaborate on care planning and clinical recommendations
- Drive continuous clinical improvement
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and visitors
- Ensure timely assessments, care plans, and documentation
- Mentor staff in clinical education and competency
- Foster an inclusive, values-driven team environment
What We're Looking For
- Registered Nurse – Division 1 with AHPRA Registration
- Strong clinical experience and leadership skills
- Passion for aged care and person-centred support
- Excellent communication and professional presence
- Commitment to quality improvement and team development
Things that matter to us
- Two years' experience in a clinical leadership role
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Relevant Nursing Qualifications (Division 1)
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- 2025 Influenza vaccination
- NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
