Are you an organised, people-focused professional with a passion for patient care and practice efficiency?

Nusmiles Dental is a well-established practice in Greenslopes, is looking for a dedicated Practice Manager/Receptionist/ Dental Assistant to join our friendly team. We are based in a busy shopping centre with on-site parking and plenty of free street parking.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working 5 days per week

You'll play a key role in the smooth running of our practice, supporting both the clinical team and our valued patients.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

A warm, professional manner with patients and colleagues

Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

Experience with dental software is highly regarded but not essential.

Australian work rights are required for this position

Your Responsibilities
  • Managing day-to-day practice operations and reception duties
  • Providing outstanding front desk service and patient care
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating with clinicians
  • Managing payments, recalls, and patient records
  • Supporting and motivating staff to ensure a positive, professional environment
  • Problem-solving and maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
