We are seeking an organized and proactive
Project Coordinator / Project Manager
to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage cross-functional teams and deliver successful outcomes on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Oversee resource allocation, scheduling, and task management.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and management to ensure project alignment.
  • Prepare project documentation including reports, presentations, and status updates.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company standards.
  • Support process improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams.
  • Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or management.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM certification is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
